    .
Three members of the Russian punk act Pussy Riot may have been sentenced to two years in prison for “hooliganism motivated by religious hatred” last week, but the government is now hunting for additional members of the collective, which includes over ten people.

    .
“The probe is currently ongoing, search activities are being conducted,” a spokesman for the Moscow police told AFP three days after the sentencing although he refused to provide more information. The lawyer for one of the members added that they would eventually appeal the sentencing to a higher court.
    .
In other Pussy Riot news, the band recently released the song “Putin Lights Up The Fires,” and in the meantime, everyone from Madonna to Paul McCartney has come to the act’s defense during this difficult time.
    .
So what do you think of the Kremlin’s decision to seek out more members of the band and do you think they’ll succeed? Let us know in the comments section below as you listen to some Pussy Riot Radio!
