I moved to Australia in 1988 from a small town in Mississippi, USA. As I cried tears of homesickness, I saw a video on the tele through my tears. Which one? Got To Be Certan. Suddenly my separation kinda melted into curiosity. Thanks for opening my life to a beautiful country.

My favourite single/video had to be 'Got to be certain', although nostalgically cringey now I just loved the fashion look Kylie adorned for that UK single cover, the whole little red figure hugging outfit, with black gloves and chunky chunky boot shoes I was 15 years old and iniiin love!

No matter how talented she really is, I believe it's weak songs like this that have prevented her from achieving the success she deserves here in the US. This is pablum. Kylie is a million times better than this. Never mind how beautiful and sexy she is- nobody can argue that point.
