Vernian Process is a musical collective, founded by Joshua A. Pfeiffer in 2003. Josh released 2 self-produced albums before being contacted by Martin Irigoyen who joined as an official member of the project in November 08'. .. Shortly after bassist "Peter Zarate", guitarist/violin player "Ash", piano/keyboard player "Heather Yager", and drummer "Free Fargo" joined throughout 2009. Cellist, "Erica Mulkey" (aka. Unwoman) is a frequent guest in the bands live performances as well. In 2006 Josh began work on the band's current release ..Behold the Machine... When Martin joined in Fall of 08', the two of them decided to completely overhaul the album in Martin's studio, "The Sound Alchemist's Laboratory". Currently the album is scheduled to release in November 2009. .. Vernian Process' musical influences range from Post-Punk/New Wave, Classic Industrial, Darkwave, Deathrock, Trip-Hop, Dreampop, Cabaret, Neo-Classical (and many more) filtered through a dimly lit Victorian lens.
