Started playing drums in his sophomore year at Pascack Valley High School after being cut from the varsity baseball team. He went on to perform in the concert band, ,jazz band and marching band. After graduating, it was off to Berkelee College of Music where he earned a bachelor's degree in Performance. .. He has studied with Jazz greats Joe Morello, Sal Larocca ,Tommy Igoe & Alan Dawson. Additionally he has studied with Matt Johnson (Jeff Buckley, John Mayer, Josh Kelly), Freddy Gruber & Dom Famularo. Currently he resides in Northern New Jersey & teaches 18 students per week. .. Performance Credits .. -member of alt/rock band ..ediblered.. currently signed to Select records.Their music has been featured on The Learning Channel,The Discovery Channel,Oxygen Network,MTV 2, MTV Latino and KROCK2.Their debut cd "welcome to my bad behavior" ,distributed by ADA can be found in all the major cd retail stores .. - Toured The east coast of the US and Holland with ediblered .. - Toured Indonesia,Singapore and China with guitarist Hugh Pool .. - Toured Holland with Blues Guitarist Jake Walker .. - Currently performs with Blues Music Award nominee Gina Sicilia .. - Currently a member of The Labor Of Love,fronted by guitar virtuoso,Jason Green .. - Recored with John Patitucci and Gil Goldstein ..ist Dave Eggar's upcoming release .. - Currently a member SOUKIS featuring the legendary Greek guitarist-singer songwriter Spiros Soukis and Singer Songwriter,Jennifer Richman's band .. - Played percussion on the Grammy Nominated DAVID CHESKY new classical release .. - other gigs include-performances with Arthur Neilson, Dave Gross, Dennis Gruelling, BD Lenz, Big Ed Sullivan, Popa Chubby, Dina Fani .. - Performs as a member of Four On The Floor,fronted by world renown cellist,Dave Eggar at Lincoln Center for the "Meet The Artist" program which put on educational shows for music students around the country. .. Performed with the Modern Dance company PERKS DANCE MUSIC THEATER which encompasses a variety of world rhythms. Last years' tour took him to WISCONSIN,NEW ORLEANS, CALIFORNIA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA , NEW YORK, NEVADA,and TEXAS. .. Performed with Attack Theatre modern dance company and the Japanese modern dance company NIBROLL .. Performed live on TV on New Jersey 12 with Sasha Lazard (Virgin records) .. Played on "Cue The Sun" Andrea Maybaum, "Torne De Nada" Jeremy Fischbach, "DePoet and the monkey" DePoet,"edible red demo" edible red all produced by BRAD ALBETTA(Freddy Johnston, Martha Wainwright,Rufus Wainwright) .. Played on "Peace" a Phil Mann recording produced by famed Steely Dan producer Gary Katz .. Performed with Lucia Micarelli -Musical director for Josh Groban .. Extensive club date experience, with the Jerry Kravit orchestras
