Shin, born 1997 in Shizuoka, began to play the guitar at the age of six through the influence of his parents who love rockabilly music.

After his appearance on a Nippon Television program in 2007, his fame spread throughout the nation as a rockabilly guitar prodigy.

In 2008, his mother, Tammy, and Shin formed a cover band called The Cosins Kids, which plays the songs of The Collins Kids.
Shin's father, Tetsuya, joined the band the following year as a bass player.
After TA-BO's participation as a drummer, the band began their activities vigorously.

In 2010, he received a grand prize at Sony Real Musiq REAL MOVIES x Play You Contest, and appeared on TV commercials.

As a member of one of a few family bands in Japan, Shin's guitar performance and loveable character attract people.
