Ro'hit & run is a self titled guitar instrumental album of 9 tracks by Ro'hit & run. The album is experimental because it doesn’t have a specific genre, but at the same time has a few elements of rhythm & blues, folk, ethnic, pop, rock, fusion & so. Overall, these are all easy listening soft guitar tracks with a very raw & real sound, recorded with just acoustic (& sometimes only clean electric) guitar tones without any use of processors, pedals, or effects. Some tracks are woven around slightly odd time signatures & poly-rhythms while some others are simple in structure & slow tempo types, that have a relaxed & laid back feel. Ro'hit & run is my solo (side) project & is meant for only guitar instrumentals. Apart from this project, I'm open to all forms of music while there is a wide range of genres that I like to incorporate in my compositions. Earlier I played with a couple of rock bands from Pune. Right now I'm experimenting with a lot of new sounds & exploring different options on music front such as jingles, backgrounds & OSTs. Freakishly cool stuff man...
Hey Ro Hit & Run, You ever remind me of the enigma of happy thoughts I once forgot. Your eyes show as many deep and full shades of fire as a volcano in heat. How beautiful is the snowshine in your eyes, so directly current from the static in your mind. Your intoxicating reflection can but incorporate freely into the powerful surface of a disintegrating mirror set afloat upon a swarm of locusts. Your eyes show as many deep and full shades of fire as a thousand supernovas. All my thoughts are lost to your graceful gaze? A starfish's lifelong hallucinations of gelatin pools and of actuaries floating upon the foam and reciprocal ohm. Transistors bridge where your vanity would never go. In your absence I am forced into finding other forms of amusement while thinking about you. You turn the atmosphere ablaze with currents of sweet ethylene when you smile. Panoramic aromavision is the future. Wood nymphs sprinkle your path with rose petals while you dance and prowl in the sequined moonlight with leftover cupcake sprinkles.
