Get Up, Close, and Personal with Jodi No. 3:
Karnvir and Teejay first met each other at Mount Mary's church, in 2004. They were both lighting candles, and ended up chatting on the church steps until wees hours of the morning. Although they both felt an immediate connection, they didn't exchange phone numbers but met again two months later at a photo exhibition. That was when Karnvir seized the opportunity to invite his future lady love on a date - dinner at his place.

After dinner, they sat on the terrace, once again talking til the early hours of the morning. She appreciated what a gentleman he was - he didn't try any 'moves' on her. She was impressed with his manners. After two years of courtship, Karnvir asked Teejay to marry him at the same place where they met - on the church steps. They’ve been married thrice (to each other, of course) and have been together for 4 years.

They wanted to do Nach Baliye 4 as it's known as television's most prestigious dance show. Karnvir says, 'It was an honour for us to be asked to take part, for the 3rd year in a row! We just couldn’t say no this time, and of course we both love dancing and have fantastic chemistry together.' For Teejay, it was a great opportunity to connect with the mainstream Hindi audience - she was last seen as a VJ on a popular music channel. She adds, 'We want to be known as the best couple the world has ever seen.. on and off screen!'
