Once you contact us, we may require additional information from you about your teen's profile. For example, we will need you to tell us the web address (or URL) of your teen's MySpace profile. In order to more quickly assist you, it would help us if you have this information ready when you contact us. It's easy to find this URL:

1. Go to your teen's MySpace profile page
2. Look in the address bar on the top of your internet browser and you will see an address that begins with "http://" or "www"

For example:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=6221

or

www.myspace.com/tom

Please write down this web address (or URL) and have it handy when you contact us, either via email or via telephone. This web address (or URL) is what allows us to assist you in your inquiry.
