hey girl.... i'm still waitin on the appraisal to come back. right now all i'm doing is waiting. that's the only thing slowing me down. once i get that back them were gonna try to close as soon as possible

yes i have. and ive got all inspections done and everything. just waiting to find out when closing is. the people doin my loan are guna try 2 have me closed and in my house before 30 days. im so excited

hey girl. the house thing isn't going too well. after i paid for my home inspection the people giving me the loan said they had to go check the house out themselves before the released the funds for my loan then said that bc that house is on a private drive way that they wont let me get the house. so i'm starting back at square 1 with looking for a house that i like and i'm out that money from the home inspection bc no matter what you dont get it back. but i took this tuesday off to spend the whole day wit my realtor house hunting. so wish me luck.... but anyway... i miss you so much too girl! i cant wait to see you again!
