children and life
I consider myself to be very blessed, I have two beautiful and healthy daughters that I get to be with. I have had to recently come to the realization that so many children don't have that. Not because one parent chooses to not be there but rather because one parent has left our world and moved on to a better place. That fact was thrown in my face two days ago when my neighbor of about 8 yrs. passed away from cancer, leaving behind a husband who loved her dearly and a 2 yr. old little boy. She had fought so hard the last couple years and she will be greatly missed, not just by her family but by everyone that knew her, she was a truely kind person with a gentle soul.
