Bumpman grew up in a small town in Georgia called Fort Valley. It all started 7 years ago with bumpman and bigbay from glyfe playing around writing to instumentals recording on two radios. From then on it started to get serious. Bumpman started freestylng in his community, killing any and everybody that tried to battle against him. On the way to school, Bumpman would freestyle on the bus before and after school. Bumpman then did his first performance ever at a club in Macon Ga called Club Moneys. There, Bumpman won a talent showcase and got free studio time. A dj by the name of Dirt Dawg was at the club the night Bumpman perform, and Dirt Dawg told Bumpman to come by the station the very next day. Bump went to the station expecting to just meet people, but Dirt Dawg played bump's song and interviewed bump. The first real song Bump recorded was off the chain and the djs and fans loved it. Ever since then Bump has won talent showcases, opened up for major artists and started his own group called G lyfe Boys. Bumpman has also signed his first record contract in 2004 but, it didnt work out the way Bump thought it would. Bump, however, has no regrets about signing that contract because he leheigarn a lot about the industy just by being around his formal ceo Rod Harris from EastEndRecords. Bump's style is a mixture between Lil wayne, Paster Troy, Bone Trugs, and a local rapper named Sir Nasty.
