...... .... ........It's Senior year already fot the 17 year old recording artist Charles J. Perreault or better known in the music industry as, "Big Joe". It's the last year before going to college, a year where he has to work hard and get ready to go out in to the real world... ..Big Joe was born in the small city of, Brownsville, Texas (R.G.V.). This is where the young artist grew up like any other kid, going to school, watching TV, listening to music, etc. All of that came to an end on the year 2004, when he decided to join the music inudstry along with his brother or business partner, "Mickey"... ..The first track ever recorded by "Mickey & Big Joe" (the reggaeton duo) was titled "Tirate". The track didn't release, it was only shown to friends and family by the artists. Since everyone enjoyed, and supported the track, Mickey & Big Joe dicided to continue in the music industry and started working on a Mixtape... ..They worked on the mixtape for 2 years and finally released it in August of the year 2007. The Mixtape was tittled, " Mickey & Big Joe - Flow Imparable" which contained 14 mixtape tracks. The CD sold on South Texas and North Mexico (Tamaulipas). They sold a total of about 300 CD's and then stopped selling. People who heard the young artists were amazed by the amount of talent this young artists had. This gave the young artists motivation to continue in the music industry and not give up... ..Late 2007, the artists got signed to one of the hottest entertainment companies in south Texas, "Unstoppable Entertainment". "Young' J", owner of "U.E." contact the artists and decided to help and work with Mickey & Big Joe. Now being part of the Unstoppable Ent. crew, they all worked together on a Mixtape which included Remixes, Freestyles, Shoutouts, and even a Bonus Track... .. The CD was released on the month of July of the year 2008. The crew went all around R.G.V. to cell their CD's and sold over 500 copies. The track "The Anthem" by Young' J featuring Mickey & Big Joe became the CD hit which was performed in many live performances on clubs and shows. Also, the single "Gota Por Gota" by Mickey & Big Joe got aired on a local radio station (Power FM 101.9) on North Mexico and the Rio Grande Valley. Fans, friends, and family requested the song daily and made it the 2008 hit by Mickey & Big Joe... .. On the year 2009 Mickey & Big Joe released 2 mixtapes, "Pa'l Otro Nivel" & "Territorio Azul". Both CD's sold a big amount of copies and was later releaseed online as free download. During the year the young artists got booked for many different shows and major events such as Car Shows and Inaugurations. .. .. The young artists are currently working on an album tittled, "Al Nivel Mundial", which will release the summer of 2010 which include all origianl tracks produced by Perreault Records, J. Martinez, and other producers.
